This is the classic "story that repeats itself", a return to the origins of a family that already in the early 1900s transformed its milk into hard cheese.
Gran Milano was born as an idea in 2020, after the daily conviviality of the family lunch, where the family gathers, we think about transforming a part of our primary product, milk, into a hard cheese. The project is not simple and requires a series of significant investments. However, we are united and convinced that we want to pursue our goal. To produce a genuine, organic and top quality hard cheese.

Finally the first results.
Once we agreed that we would transform our organic milk into hard cheese, we had to think about the name we would like to give to the product. It had to be a name that recalled excellence in the world, a name that was easy to remember, a name that alone established the origins of the cheese.
By casually humming "o mia bela Madunina", our GRAN MILANO appears. The brand, after the appropriate and thorough checks, comes registered all over the world.
2021 is a year of great sacrifices. It involves producing the milk, processing it to transform it into Gran Milano and storing it for slow maturation. A seasoning that will last from 12 to 24 months depending on the expected result.
Pending the first forms to be tested, in mid-2021 the company is structured to be ready on the market. A planned Marketing action and some commercial agreements are the right basis from which to start.
In mid-2022, the Gran Milano will finally get to know the light and tables from all over the world.
